Paris Museum Pass Terms and Conditions
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE - Passes must be ordered a minimum of seven (7) days before the date of arrival in Paris. Passes are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Passes can be used immediately upon reception; but passes are only valid for one year from the date of purchase and must be completely used a maximum of 365 days after the date of purchase.
RATES: All prices are quoted per person and one pass is required for each adult over 18 years of age. Payments will be processed in US dollars at the price shown on the website. Euro/Dollar exchange rates may fluctuate from time to time. Any mention of Euro prices is purely indicative.
CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION - Reservations are made by internet. Upon successful processing of payment, the client will be sent a receipt by email.
CANCELLATION - Orders cancelled at least ten (10) days before the date of arrival are refundable minus a cancellation fee of 20%. No refunds will be made for requests received less than 48 hours before the date of arrival. After this time no refunds can be made. If you postpone your trip and you notify us at least seven (7) days before your arrival, we will hold your order for up to one year without charge. You can change hotels at no charge if you notify us at least seven (7) days before your arrival. Once you have received your passes they are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Cancellation fees will not be waived for any reason, however, they may be covered by travel insurance. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance with adequate coverage.
DELIVERY - Passes will be delivered on or before the morning of the "Date of Arrival" to the reception desk of the hotel indicated on the order form and will be addressed to the "Name on Hotel Reservation". Delivery is charged at $15 per order and passes will be delivered by courier to hotels in the Paris region. In the event that passes are not received, clients must notify us within 24 hours of arrival. All orders will be deemed fulfilled if Paris Net has not been contacted as specified herein.
LOST PASSES - Paris Net is not responsible for passes, that are lost, stolen, or destroyed and passes can be neither refunded nor replaced in such cases. In the event that the pass is delivered to your hotel and the hotel loses your order, or is responsible for a delay in giving you the pass, neither Paris Net nor its partners will be responsible for any loss of the use of the pass. To ensure maximum protection against losses or theft, please purchase travel insurance.
PARIS NET - Parisnet.net/Parisnet.com and its owner, Karma Labs Inc., take no responsibility for any disputes or claims resulting from the client's purchase of the Paris Museum Pass via this website. Karma Labs makes no guarantees concerning its Paris Museum Pass partner. Client further agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Karma Labs Inc. harmless from and against all claims, damages, bodily injuries, losses and expenses which may result from client's use of the Paris Museum Pass.
