The Temple of Media offers the most comprehensive selection of movies, music, media and books that you're likely to find anywhere. No less than four floors offer you CDs, DVDs, computer games, an electronics boutique, French and Foreign-language books, tickets for concerts and events as well as a restaurant/cafe. Although there are 3 other locations in Paris, the one on the Champs-Elysées is the one you mustn't miss. In 2003 Virgin made headlines when it defied French law and stayed open on Sundays, racking up over a quarter million dollars in fines along the way. CEO Richard Branson justified the expense, claiming that after the Louvre, the store was the most popular Sunday attraction in Paris.
