This small Saint Germain seafood restaurant is a loosely kept secret among fish lovers with deep pockets who love its seafood and inventive spices. Fresh fish is insured, as the daily menu is handwritten on a chalkboard, but Le 21 is best known for its chef Paul Minchelli. Note that you won't find a sign on the door or a menu in the window and reservations are required.
