L'Opéra Comique

An old and storied theater presenting the opera-comique form of theater, in which spoken dialog is interspersed with song. The original building was completed in 1783 but was twice destroyed by fire and the current structure was completed in 1898. Today L'Opéra Comique is dedicated to the presentation of dramatic works, opera and baroque music.
